We have applied for and received event approval to hold a TRIATHLON and multisport event at Smallbridge Dam, Penhalonga on SATURDAY 1ST MAY and SUNDAY 2ND MAY 2021 and we invite all of you to come and join us for a fantastic weekend of racing. This is the FINAL event on our revised 2020-2021 Calendar of Events. All Covid-19 Protocols and Precautionary Measures will remain in place and will be enforced.
Although 1st May is a public holiday it is not a long weekend and so to give people time to travel to the venue on Saturday morning, the off-road and triathlon races will start from 12.45. The programme will include –
SATURDAY 1ST – Supersprint distance Off-Road / Standard AG / Sprint AG and Juniors / Supersprint AG and Youth / Trifit / Trifun – individual and team entries welcome
SUNDAY 2nd – Open Water Swim 375, 750, 1500 & 3000m / Aquathlon and Trisport
PLEASE REFER TO EVENT INFORMATION on the specific event pages on the website. Race Entry Fees, Camping and Venue Fees etc., are given in the ONLINE ENTRY as well.
SATURDAY NIGHT SUPPER – CURRY & RICE – $5 PER HEAD – FOR CATERING PURPOSES IT IS IMPERATIVE YOU PRE-BOOK –
This will be the last event for U15/U17 and U19 athletes to achieve the qualifying time as per the Eligibility and Selection Criteria set by the Selection Committee and published in March so plenty of time to get more training under your belts to improve your times across the board guys !!
