Thank you to everyone who came down to Mount Pleasant Pool on Sunday 9th January for our first event of the year – a huge welcome to all the new members who joined us and hope that you all really enjoyed your races. Welcome back to Family Steffens who are one of our longest standing member families, it was really great to see you all again. Congratulations to Luke Steffens and Jordyn Jacobs who participated in the Sky Run event in December and did extremely well, fantastic achievements and well done to both young men.
We apologise once again for the slight delays experienced with the scheduled start times and thank you for your patience as we waited for all personnel to be in place prior to races could start.
RESULTS and updated SERIES POINTS have been uploaded to this website for your perusal and to download. The verified Selection Points will also be uploaded shortly – well done to all of the Youth athletes who achieved the required points for selection and good luck to those who are just short of the points and keep training hard for the final selection race on Sunday 23rd January.
Our next event takes place on SUNDAY 23RD JANUARY 2022 – a full programme of events will be on offer. This event will be the final SELECTION EVENT for the Youth U13-U15 categories and SELECTION RACE # 4 for the Junior U17-U19 categories – valuable points are up for grabs for those youngsters who are hoping to be selected to travel to Maselspoort for the South African Championship events in February and March
