Compliments of the season to each and every one of you !! The first event for 2023 took place on Sunday 8th January and even after heavy rains on Saturday night and overcast conditions on race day, it was wonderful to see so many old and new faces – we hope you had a great morning and thank you for the support. With school starting this week we hope that you will all be back on track and will be at our next event.
The Results, Series Points and Selection Points have been updated and uploaded under the relevant tabs on the website and sent out to you all. Our next event will take place on 15th January at Mount Pleasant with a “Full House” on the programme – races will include SELECTION RACES # 6 for the Juniors and # 7 for the Youth athletes all aiming to meet the selection criteria for inclusion in the teams travelling to SA Youth and SA Junior Champs coming up in February and March – those points are event more important with the selection process in the final stages.
Corporate Team Series Points and Season Points are also up for grabs so please all try your best to attend and participate. In addition to the full selection of Triathlon events we will have Duathlon, Aquathlon and AQUABIKE which is a new addition and will also be on the TROUTBECK event programme on 1st April.
