4 x 500M TEAM RELAY EVENT – 1. Minimum age for entry is 12 years old as at 31 December 2022
2. Team must be made up of 4 swimmers 3. AGE GROUPS: 12-13 / 14-15 / 16-18 / 19-34 / 35+
4. Teams can be single gender or Mixed Male / Females 5. Individuals who are not in a team MAY OPT TO BE ENTERED into a 4 x 500m Team or may enter as an Individual and do the last lap of the relay doing a 1 x 500m Social Swim
3000m INDIVIDUAL EVENT – 1. Minimum age for entry is 12 years old as at 31 December 2022
2. Proof of having completed a MINIMUM of 1 x 3000m Open Water Swim in the last 12 months is required 3. AGE GROUPS: 12 – 13 / 14-15 / 16-18 / 19-34 / 35+ 4. Proof of having completed a minimum of 1 x 3000m Open Water Swim in the last 12 months is required
