Saint Michaels hosted an Inter-Schools Aquathlon this afternoon. A fantastic turn out with 34 teams or individuals from 5 schools.
The course was beautifully laid out and with 10 mins to the start a swarm of bees descended on the field and were not moving.
Some very quick decisions made and the run course instantly changed and we were soon ready to start.
The changed course worked well and the event was successful and enjoyed by most.
Thank you Saint Michaels for all your hard work to make it a successful event.
It was great to be supported by some new schools and always good having our regulars there once again.
We hope to see you at Mount Pleasant pool on 13 October for the next Aquathlon.
