IN APPRECIATION – FOR THEIR SERVICES TO TRIATHLON ZIMBABWE
Two members of the Triathlon Zimbabwe family, COLIN WESTON and CHRISTINA MWABA were each presented with a small token of our sincere appreciation for their services to Triathlon Zimbabwe.
Not only is Colin a World Triathlon Level One Technical Official, he is also an active triathlete. He is the man behind the scenes who gives of his time, expertise and knowledge free of charge and ensures that the facilities in and around our home venue are maintained – he works tirelessly to make sure that the swimming pool is maintained and dosed with chemicals, the pumps and related equipment are kept running smoothly – the list goes on …
Christina – you will all have come across this wonderful woman more than once as you have crossed that finish line at Mount Pleasant events – always smiling, always willing to help anyone and an absolute treasure. Mama Christine has been with Triathlon Zimbabwe for close to 25 years, starting off as a volunteer and is now an accredited World Triathlon Level One Technical Official and valued member of our team.
