We have an exciting event coming up on SUNDAY 22ND SEPTEMBER out at Ryelands Dam just off Luna Road (past Borrowdale Brooke Estate) – come and join us for a fantastic morning of racing in a gorgeous setting – events will include –
5km & 10km RUN
DUSPORT DUATHLON for the kids – 12 and under doing 600m run-2km bike-400m run
5km, 10km & 20km BIKE TT
OPEN WATER SWIM (depending on the water quality tests and water level in the dam the swim will be a time trial over a specific distance to be determined on the day).

** HELMETS for bikers and BRIGHT COLOURED SWIM CAPS for swimmers are COMPULSORY. Check in from 6.30am with first event starting at 0730am – see the attached Programme for all the timings.
ENTRY FEES – US$ 10 per person / US$ 5 per child doing the DuSport Duathlon
Catering and refreshments will be on sale and provided by our Tour Parents Group so please bring some extra $ and support the Fundraising efforts for this season.
