IMPORTANT NOTICE TO ALL MEMBERS OF TRIATHLON ZIMBABWE
You are all invited to attend the 32ND ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING of Triathlon Zimbabwe to be held on SUNDAY 7TH JUNE 2020 at INNOVATE HIGH PERFORMANCE CENTRE, THE CHASE, MOUNT PLEASANT, HARARE.
We ask you to please note the following :
Mr Demos Koutoungos has submitted his resignation from the position of President and will therefore not be standing for re-election for the 2020-2021 season.
1. NOMINATIONS and ITEMS TO BE INCLUDED UNDER ANY OTHER BUSINESS must be received by email to info@zimtri.org or triathlonzimbabwe@gmail.com by latest 5.00pm on MONDAY 1ST JUNE 2020.
2. Should you be unable to attend the AGM, please send your apologies by email to info@zimtri.org or triathlonzimbabwe@gmail.com
3. Those unable to attend the AGM may appoint a PROXY to vote on his/her behalf.
4. Any proxy so appointed must be a member of the Association and must be presented in writing to the Secretary General to email addresses info@zimtri.org or triathlonzimbabwe@gmail.com by latest 5.00pm on FRIDAY 5TH JUNE 2020.
