From Coach Pam Fulton
I am sure this will be my last post from Lausanne Switzerland, The Grand Final!
Andie had a fantastic race today.  The ladies Junior event started with a false start and 99% of the ladies swam 150m before being stopped and turned back.  That doesn’t do much for the nerves. The second start was clean and Andie exited the water not far behind the 2 South African ladies, a great swim for her. She immediately was in a pack of 7 ladies which later dropped to 3.
The course had a really steep incline which definitely broke the packs up on each lap. Andie said it was probably the hardest course she has done, even harder than Troutbeck!  The run was also hard as both 2,5km laps went part way up the same hill.
Andie raced well, is exceptionally happy with her performance and it’s time for a well deserved rest.

Well done Ands, we are all so proud of you. You have a really bright future ahead of you.
