Hope you are all well and that the return to school for our youngsters has been smooth and exciting.
We kick off the 2nd half of our season with our first event in 2024 which takes place this Sunday 14th January at Mount Pleasant Pool – we look forward to seeing you there.
We look forward to hosting the Hellenic School Invitational Triathlon in addition to all our regulars – we have a full house of events with triathlon, duathlon, aquathlon and aquabike and TriRun on the programme – THIS WILL BE SELECTION RACE # 6 for all the Junior and Youth athletes.

2024 BONAQUA AFRICA TRIATHLON CUP – 17th FEBRUARY 2024
At the same time as doing your entry for Sunday, you can also get your entry in for the 2024 BONAQUA AFRICA TRIATHLON CUP & MULTISPORT FESTIVAL and take advantage of the EARLY BIRD FEE of US$ 25 PER PERSON if you enter and pay before 4th FEBRUARY – cash payments for Troutbeck can be made at Mount Pleasant at the 14th January event. This event doubles as our National Triathlon Championships but we also have non-championship triathlon events (AG Supersprint and Youth Mini), Aquabike, Aquathlon for school teams and individuals, Duathlon, Off-Road Triathlon and MTB events, Open Water Swim, Troutbeck Trail Run and the iGo Corporate Team Triathlon or Duathlon events – there is so much for you to choose from so go and have a look at the website, choose your event and get your entry in NOW.
